Chantel Sausedo

Chantel Sausedo has been an entertainment industry professional for over 25 years, specializing in artist relations and management in the production, corporate, political and philanthropic spaces. Currently the VP of Artist Relations for the GRAMMYS, Chantel was an Executive, Booker and Producer of the GRAMMY Telecast and GRAMMY Salute Series for over 20 years before joining the Recording Academy in 2021.

From those GRAMMY telecast and specials, to Google and the United Nations, Chantel's artist relations, production expertise, flexibility and emotional intelligence have allowed her to not just build and maintain label, management, agency, production and artist relationships but also to continually work with the most high-profile people in the world, over and over again.

Chantel brings the unique perspective of someone who is both a leading industry excutive, as well as a hustling savvy independent producer.   She is very proud to have managed artists and produced events, for several Presidents (not this one), Two Popes, One Dalai Lama, Google, the United Nations, the Democratic National Committee, The Smithsonian Institute and of course, The Recording Academy.

Chantel loves music and movies and when not enjoying those passions, you can find her at her second home, Disneyland.

Of all the things that she is passionate about, she marks her absolute favorite as being a mom.
